Greetings:
Welcome to YogaPlay with Anne Kay. At YogaPlay, we are dedicated
to assisting children, families and community members live a healthy,
balanced lifestyle through the principles of yoga.
My love of teaching and playing with others brings out the
creative spontaneous child that is within each of us. My classes provide
a nurturing environment which allows our authentic joyful child to relax
and play. This "playful instruction" class design enhances overall health
and well-being.
For FUN, healthy and educational classes such as YogaPlay,
Itsy Bitsy Yoga for infants & toddlers, Parent & Child, Family
Fun Yoga, and Staff Development-Teachers/Parent Workshops, see my program
listings above. I have also begun to add private yoga therapy sessions
for children with special needs.
YogaPlay is focusing on private sessions, yoga workshops and special
events. We are currently only offering regularly scheduled classes for
Itsy Bitsy Yoga® in Medford, MA. For more info on off-site programming
for schools, libraries, mother's groups and other special events such
as birthday parties, please call us regarding your specific program
interest for you or your organization at
